Project Online Essentials, Project Plan 3, and Project Plan 5 provide cloud-based project and portfolio management software. Essentials provides only the web-based Project interface for team members to perform basic tasks. Plan 3 and Plan 5 both provide the full Project desktop software and support more advanced project management functionality.
