Website Security and Hosting is a TechSoup subscription service for hosting and securing your organization's website built on the WordPress platform.
This offer provides website security and hosting services for a single WordPress website with a minimum subscription period of three months. It does not include new feature development or content additions to your site.

About Website Security and Hosting Services
This managed service includes all setup, administration, management, and support for the servers hosting your website. We'll help you migrate your existing website to our managed hosting environment and provide support for any urgent hosting issues.
Most WordPress sites can be migrated with no additional fee. Static sites or websites built on custom WordPress environments like Roots, Bedrock Framework, or Pantheon Hosting will require an additional fee.
Your subscription provides all of the following.
- Let's Encrypt SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate installation
- Managed PHP version updates
- DNS setup and management
- Staging site to test major site changes before publishing
- CDN (content delivery network) to protect against DDoS attacks

Obtaining this service
This service is delivered by TechSoup's trusted service provider, Tapp Network.
When TechSoup approves your request, we will send a confirmation message to your organization email address. Within two business days, our service provider will contact you to deliver this service.

This service requires a minimum three-month commitment.
If you sign up for automatic payments, your subscription will renew automatically every month unless you cancel the subscription through TechSoup. You will be billed an amount equal to the admin fee to renew.
If you didn't sign up for automatic payments, TechSoup will send you reminders before your subscription is set to expire. The reminders will tell you about the actions you can take to renew or end your subscription.
