Help Desk is a TechSoup service that provides remote support to help nonprofit organizations with technical issues and day-to-day needs.

This offer provides one year of technical support for one or more devices. The service is billed on a monthly basis at a custom price per month. To request this service, add a quantity to your cart equal to the quoted cost of your monthly service plan. For example, if you received a quote of $75 a month for your service plan, add quantity 75 to your cart. See the Subscription Details tab for more information.

About Help Desk

You can use this service to get technical support for workstations and mobile devices, including data backup, virus prevention and security, and repair.

TechSoup works with experienced remote support technicians to provide comprehensive technical support to nonprofit organizations. Technicians are able to troubleshoot issues affecting PCs, Macs, and other devices at your organization.

Obtaining this product

This service is delivered by Bask, one of TechSoup's trusted service providers.

When TechSoup approves your request, we will send a confirmation message to your organization email address. Within two business days, a remote support technician will contact you to provide this service.

Billing

This offer provides one year of technical support for a single device. The service is billed on a monthly basis. You can request multiple quantities of this product to cover multiple devices.

Service Contract Required

You must agree to a one-year service contract with TechSoup. See the terms and conditions.

Continuing Service After One Month

To renew your subscription, you must pay TechSoup's administrative fee each month. TechSoup will send you reminders and instructions before your payment is due.
